¼ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup water
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
2 ounces Whitefi sh Silver Montequila
1 ounce lemon juice
1 ounce lime juice
¾ ounce agave
Cherries and fresh
mint to garnish

To make a simple syrup: Mix sugar and water in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Simmer 5 minutes then let cool. To coat glass rims: Mix sugar and cinnamon on a saucer. Dip rim of cocktail glass into the simple syrup then press into cinnamon sugar mix; set aside. For the cocktail: Place Montequila, lemon and lime juice, and agave in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and pour through a strainer into the cinnamon-sugar rimmed glass over ice. Garnish with cherries and fresh mint.
