SERVES 2
1 cup seedless green grapes
1 tablespoon finely chopped rosemary, plus 2 sprigs for garnish
¼ cup simple syrup
6–8 ounces sparkling water
In a high-powered blender, combine grapes, rosemary, and simple syrup. Blend until smooth.
Strain juice from the mixture and divide into 2 glasses with crushed ice. Top with 3–4 ounces sparkling water and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
An ounce of gin turns this from a deliciously herbaceous mocktail to an elegant and decadent cocktail.
