Warm things up quickly after a day in the bitter cold with Clyde Park wrangler/livestock coordinator Tyler W. Gaisford’s Honeycrisp Old Fashioned made with bourbon, maple syrup, Honeycrisp apple cider, and orange aromatic bitters with a pinch of flake sea salt. It has tones of a childhood favorite: the caramel apple. But this apple grew up and put on its cowboy boots. Served in glassybaby rockers.
