Peter Brown is the stewardship director at Gallatin Valley Land Trust in Bozeman, Montana. He was born and raised on a family farm in Helena, Montana, where local food was the only food available most of the year. As part of the Open & Local Coalition Steering Committee, Peter promotes a strong local food economy and advocates for the protection of farmland.
