Carmen Byker Shanks
Carmen Byker Shanks joined the faculty of food and nutrition and sustainable food systems at MSU in the fall of 2011 and jointly initiated the Food and Health Lab. She is a registered dietitian nutritionist and holds a PhD in human nutrition.
