SERVES 1
1 sachet DOMA Instant Coffee (Carmela’s is nice)
2 tablespoons cold water
Ice cubes
1 (6- to 8-ounce) bott le or can of tonic water
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice (or your favorite citrus)
In a small glass, dissolve instant coffee in the cold water.
Add ice cubes to a 12-ounce serving glass. Add tonic water and lime juice , then pour in the dissolved instant coffee. Stir to combine and enjoy.
