This summer-perfect cocktail incorporates Whitefish Handcrafted Spirits Kintla Peak Gin, a clean, bright, citrusforward gin with cane and molasses rum as the base, laced with cardamom, Madagascar vanilla, and lavender.

1.5 ounce Whitefish Kintla Peak Gin
1 ounce Aperol
1 ounce prickly pear purée
½ ounce fresh grapefruit juice
½ ounce fresh lime juice

Fill a rocks glass with crushed ice. Using a jigger add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until well chilled. Strain over crushed ice into prepared rocks glass. Garnish with a fresh grapefruit wedge.
