Mango-Strawberry-Pineapple Chiller

The Mango-Strawberry-Pineapple Chiller is a refreshingly fizzy cocktail made with frozen fruit, a smidge of honey, fresh-squeezed orange juice, vodka, and a float of your favorite bubbly to finish. The floral effervescence of the champagne or prosecco elevates this tropical concoction and makes it perfect for Sunday brunch. It’s equally delicious after a hot day on the hiking trail or in the garden.

MAKES 2 DRINKS

½ cup frozen mango
½ cup fresh or frozen pineapple
6–8 whole fresh or frozen strawberries
½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice (from about 2–3 oranges)
2 teaspoons raw honey
2–3 ounces vodka
Splash of champagne or prosecco

Combine fruit, juice, honey, and vodka in a high-powered blender and purée. Add more juice to adjust consistency, which should be thick but pourable. Divide into two lowball glasses, float the top with a splash of champagne or prosecco, and enjoy!
