Nicole Lemon

Nicole Lemon joined Bozeman-based Olivelle in 2013 when she was just 16. She’s been the brand’s head recipe developer since 2020 and also serves as the marketing manager. So it’s no surprise that Lemon has figured out the exact blend of locally made specialty seasonings, oils, and salts to create melt-in-your-mouth carnitas that work on a taco, in a protein bowl, or just by the forkful on their own.
